Certified Organic Carrot flakes are milled from dehydrated organically grown carrots and produced from our exclusive deep-orange hybrid variety especially developed to yield maximum flavor and uniform color when reconstituted in food preparations. Freshly harvested carrots are washed, trimmed, peeled, cut blanched and treated with an organically approved cornstarch solution to preserve color; then gently dehydrated to lock in the sweet flavor of fresh carrots.
